Bonfante Steinbeck Dentino’s Fashion & Apparel practice focuses on both transactional and enforcement issues frequently encountered in the fashion industry. We routinely counsel clients on the creation, protection, use, licensing and enforcement of our clients’ intellectual property, including trademarks and copyrights, domestically and internationally. Our practice includes the representation of designers, retailers, wholesalers, manufacturers, and importers across the industry that compete in the footwear, luxury goods, jewelry and sporting goods markets as well as the fine arts.

Anti-Counterfeiting Campaign
In addition to pre-emptive brand and design protection, we also work with our clients to devise bespoke brand enforcement strategies protecting them against infringement and counterfeiting both online and in the global marketplace. To that end, we coordinate with experienced investigators in the industry, make criminal referrals, and coordinate the takedown of unauthorized online sites and sales.
